Returns policy
Metrovino is happy to provide credit or refund for the return of faulty wine (eg. cork taint). The bottle in question must be returned and a staff member will assess the wine for flaws. We do not accept returns based on taste preference.
We can provide credit or refund on items (liquor or accessories) that are returned unopened, untampered, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided and all returns are finalised at the discretion of Metrovino staff.
