Jamais sans Gamay
This tasting will explore the infamous Gamay Noir grape, once marred in scandal and ill-repute, and even banned from Northern Burgundy in 1395. Now firmly planted in the hearts and in the glass of it’s sophisticated admirers, we will taste wines from this grape’s heartland, the crus of Beaujolais, as well as some inspired international expressions.

The Beautiful North (Italian Style)
Hosted by Shannon Jules
This class will cover wine regions in the Northern parts of Italy. We will taste through a few wines familiar to most, as well as wines slightly foreign to most. We will discuss wine areas such as Barolo and Valpolicella, as well as touch base on the lesser known areas such as Sudtirol and Verduno. All in all, you will be given a bit of background info about producers and estates, and a bit of background info about grape varieties indigenous to these areas.
